After spending 25 years as a chef in kitchens across two continents, I have decided to set up my own enterprise catering to the needs of other chefs. My experience of the industry gives me an acute understanding of your time imperatives, your constant quest for quality and the need for variety expected by today’s consumers.

Edible asian spoons should be a great item for all your cocktail parties this winter. “Les Vergers Boiron” purees and coulis are part of our new additions as well as quite a few Bindi desserts.
